B2B Sales – Telecoms

OTE: £24,000 to £60,000, Permanent, Full Time, No Salary Cap


Based in Bourne, Lincolnshire we are a successful high growth communications provider, who are currently seeking driven, high achieving, highly motivated, New Accounts Manager to join our already successful and existing sales team. We provide communication products and services to the SME market on a regional basis.
Ideally, we are looking for someone experienced in Telecoms Sales, but if you have a great B2B Sales Background all training can be provided.

What are the responsibilities?

  • Helping UK SME businesses to reduce their communications and connectivity billing.
  • Forge successful and lasting relationships with businesses nationwide.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Achieve target conversion rates.
  • Accurately complete and record all customer details and sales information.
  • Adhere to sales compliance rules and quality standards.

Are you right for the position?
Ideally, we are looking for someone experienced in the telecoms sector, however this is not essential. You will be a fantastic communicator and have the natural flair to go above and beyond for your customers. The ability to work alone when required and as part of the team, supporting colleagues, be motivational, inspiring and ambitious.
